White Horse Ranch is a private ten acre farm nestled amongst the rolling hills of Fallbrook in Southern California. I purchased the property in 1998 and to say that it was in desperate shape, would be to woefully understate the reality.  It had sat on the market for over a year without an offer due to its condition.  Nobody seemed willing to take on the massive task of clearing the land of wild scrub brush and refuse that had been dumped over years; but after two and half decades of hard work, how lucky am I to be in a position to host so many milestone celebrations for my friends and network.  It’s a wonderful life!
