This cabin is not an official rental and is not available to the public. I am, however, excited to share this beautifully well-appointed, warm, and cozy space with family, friends, and those directly referred by family and friends.
The property has two bedrooms. A queen bed in the master loft upstairs sleeps two. A small bedroom downstairs has bunk beds and sleeps two. There is a futon in the living room that can sleep two more. Though there are technically beds for 6 people, there is only one bathroom which is why I think the home is ideal for up to 4 people. There is ample parking on the property, at least three, possibly four, vehicles depending of their size. Snow can limit the parking availability. The backyard is completely fenced in with a six-foot wood fence rendering it safe and secure for children to play. There are no pets or smoking permitted on the property.
As this is not an official rental, you will need to contact me directly via phone, text, or email to check availability. I do not take credit cards. Payment can be made via Zelle, or sent via check ahead of time to clear. There is no deposit or insurance policy required since this is between friends. There is a two-night minimum and the cleaners fee added to the total. If you provide me with sufficient notice for your stay, I will include a third night at no charge. I have no formal check-in and check-out times. You are welcome to arrive on the first day of your stay as early as you wish, and stay as late as you wish on the last day of your stay. If you are considering staying, please feel free to call me directly with any questions you may have. Please leave a message as I do not answer numbers that I do not recognize.
Rate for November through March is $250 per night, rate for the April through October is $200 per night. Holiday weekends will add $100 per night to the total. If you provide me with sufficient notice for your stay, I will include a third night at no charge. I have no formal check-in and check-out times. You are welcome to arrive on the first day of your stay as early as you wish, and stay as late as you wish on the last day of your stay. The cleaners fee is $125.
